Method 3: Eliminate and eliminate these faults one by one through winding inter turn impulse withstand voltage tester, bridge test, etc.
Fault 4: The no-load current of the motor is balanced, but the value is large.
Cause analysis: It may be due to excessive reduction in stator winding turns during repair, or the Y-connected motor being mistakenly connected Δ, Or during motor assembly, the rotor is reversed, causing the stator core to be misaligned and reducing the effective length. When dismantling old windings during major repairs, improper use of hot disassembly method may cause the iron core to burn out.
Method 4: These problems are repaired by eliminating them one by one. If the number of turns decreases, the stator winding is rewound to restore the correct number of turns. If the connection is incorrect, it should be changed to Y. If the assembly is incorrect and the iron core is burnt, it should be reassembled and repaired to solve the problem.
