In fact, the motor generates induction current and electromagnetic torque in the rotor through the stator rotating magnetic field. The speed of the motor rotor must be smaller than the synchronous speed, because the motor rotor does not directly generate magnetic field, which is the working principle of three-phase asynchronous motor, so it is also called asynchronous motor.

The working principle of three-phase asynchronous motors, as well as the specific methods and processes for converting electrical energy into mechanical capacity, are as follows:

Inductive power is generated by the stator winding of a motor through three-phase AC current, and the current exchanged through the three phases. If you want to change the rotor through power, you can change the rotor through changes in the power supply.

After three-phase asynchronous electricity is connected to the stator winding, a rotating magnetic field is formed, and the rotating speed of the magnetic field is n1. When the magnetic line of force of the rotating magnetic field is cut by the rotor conductor, according to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the rotor conductor generates induced electromotive force. When there is current flowing through the motor rotor conductor, the general motor rotor winding is in a closed state.

When the current is formed in the rotor conductor, the stator rotating magnetic field cuts the induced electromotive force of the rotor conductor at the speed of n0, so that the conductor is subjected to the electromagnetic force to form an electromagnetic torque, which drives the rotor to rotate in the direction of n0 at the speed of n, and outputs a certain amount of mechanical power from the shaft.

Under the premise that the rotor speed n of three-phase asynchronous motor will never accelerate to the speed n1 of rotating magnetic field. Only when there is relative movement between the rotating magnetic field and the rotating circle of the motor, the magnetic line of force will be cut, and only when the electromagnetic torque of the motor generates induction current and electrodynamic force in the rotating circle conductor, the electromagnetic force will be generated, so that the rotating circle will continue to rotate in the direction of the rotating magnetic field. It can be seen that n1 is not equal to n. To sum up, the working principle of three-phase asynchronous motor can be simply stated as follows: when the three-phase stator winding of the motor passes through three-phase symmetrical AC, a rotating magnetic field is generated, and the rotating magnetic field cuts the rotor winding. Therefore, induced current is generated in the rotor winding. Under the action of the stator rotating magnetic field, the current carrying rotor conductor will generate electromagnetic force, Thus, the rotation, electromagnetic torque and rotating magnetic field of the drive motor are formed on the motor shaft in the same direction as the motor rotation, and the stator speed is slightly higher than the rotor speed, that is, the synchronous speed is slightly higher than the actual speed.
